Notification Broadcasting

The Alert System allows Administrators and Managers to push important updates, maintenance notices, and general announcements to the entire team or specific roles.

• Severity Levels: Choose from Info (Blue), Warning (Yellow), Error (Red), or Success (Green).
• Expiration Dates: Set an optional expiry date so temporary announcements auto-hide when they are no longer relevant.
• Rich Text: Use the editor to include links, formatting, and lists in your alerts.

Managing Alerts

You can track read statuses to see who has acknowledged your announcements. Filters allow you to quickly find past alerts by searching keywords or filtering by severity level.
